Andrew Procknow
Topic: Confidence & Overcoming Fear

Andrew Procknow is the Director of Development at the First Nations Health Foundation—a role that brings together his dedication to building strong donor relationships with his deep commitment to advancing health and wellness initiatives for First Nations communities across BC. Andrew is of Penelakut ancestry on his mother’s side, and this connection plays a meaningful role in guiding his work. His role allows him to honour that heritage while contributing to community-centric efforts that are grounded in trust, reciprocity, and respect.
With a strong background in fundraising, donor engagement, and project management, Andrew thrives on building authentic relationships through storytelling, shared experiences, and collaborative partnerships.
Outside of work, Andrew loves to be outside with his family and friends – on the golf course, at the beach, or on a road trip somewhere new. His future aspiration is to become a famous Food TikToker (hint: it’s still a work in progress!).
Jaimie Murray
Topic: Relationship Management & Stewardship

As Director of Stewardship & Donor Relations, Jaimie is dedicated to providing an unsurpassed journey at St. Paul’s Foundation to donors who are committed to transforming health care in British Columbia for decades to come.
Jaimie joined St. Paul’s Foundation in 2024 and brings over 10 years of experience in both the not-for-profit and banking sectors. As a former fundraiser, Jaimie has a deep understanding and appreciation for fostering long-lasting and trust-based relationships with donors. She leads her team to curate meaningful donor experiences that are deeply rooted in gratitude and focused on impact.
Jaimie studied education at Simon Fraser University and holds a bachelor’s with a triple minor in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Psychology, and Social Justice in Education. As a dedicated member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Jaimie volunteers on the Membership Committee at the AFP Greater Vancouver Chapter.
Rhea Siu
Topic: Practical Strategies for Making the Ask

Rhea is a seasoned fundraising professional with expertise in major gifts, leadership giving, and donor relations. As Associate Director, Major Gifts at the BC Cancer Foundation, Rhea has secured transformational gifts, including the lead eight-figure gift for an upcoming campaign, and has played a key role in three major fundraising campaigns—ranging from capital projects to comprehensive initiatives.
With a strategic mindset and a strong track record in healthcare philanthropy, Rhea excels at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder giving. Known for building meaningful collaborations with clinicians and researchers, Rhea helps elevate fundraising priorities to a provincial scale. Outside of healthcare, Rhea serves on the Board of Directors for Acts for Water, supporting access to clean water through leadership in governance and fundraising.
