We are delighted to welcome Jennifer Johnstone, Shellina Lakhdhir, CFRE, Brenda Ulmer, CFRE, and Danielle Sleiman, CFRE who will offer a conversation on Fostering Trust in Fundraising. About the Session: Jennifer Johnstone, CEO of Central City Foundation and Chair of AFP Canada, will lead an open conversation with special guests Shellina Lakhdhir, CFRE, Brenda Ulmer, CFRE, and Danielle Sleiman, CFRE on fostering trust in a world where misinformation is so prevalent. Policy Horizons Canada identified the top prominent disruption for 2024 as "people cannot tell what is true and what is not". With AFP's new Code of Ethics set to be enforced in January 2025, come to the session ready to learn, share, and brainstorm how we as fundraisers can build trust with our donors. This event is free for members to attend; non-members are welcome to join for a fee of $40. Please note that the 2024 AGM package will be emailed to members and shared on our website prior to the event.
