As a fundraising organization, we inspire communities and people to support BC Children’s Hospital, along with its world-class research institute, mental health facility and rehabilitation center.

Our work makes a profound difference. From helping get the boldest research ideas off the ground to supporting the most advanced equipment, together we are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in children’s health care. This is no small task—which is why we’re looking for passionate people to join our team and help propel our work forward to power the possible.

What you’ll do

As Philanthropy Manager, Corporate Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving corporate fundraising growth by building meaningful, strategic relationships with corporate donors and prospects. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, drive, creativity, and a growth mindset to this work. You are motivated by building new relationships, exploring new ideas, and turning opportunities into meaningful partnerships that help power the possible for children and families across BC.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute growth-oriented business development strategies, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and securing new corporate partnerships and gifts.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects, with a focus on corporate major giving, upgrades, donor engagement, revenue growth, and diversifying corporate revenue streams.
  • Create tailored engagement and growth strategies that strengthen long-term relationships with corporate partners, deepen their connection to BCCHF’s mission, and maximize the potential of existing partnerships.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategies to optimize fundraising outcomes and accelerate growth.
  • Support team success by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to junior fundraising staff.
