POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Stewardship & Donor Engagement plays a key role in strengthening relationships between Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation, its donors, Royal Columbian Hospital, Fraser Health, and other stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, the role leads and coordinates key donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement initiatives, with responsibility for donor recognition projects, naming opportunities, and activities connected to hospital redevelopment. Working collaboratively with Foundation staff, hospital leaders, Fraser Health, government partners, consultants, and vendors, the position helps ensure campaign-related donor commitments are fulfilled and opportunities for donor engagement and recognition are thoughtfully integrated into the hospital environment.
