What you’ll do Reporting to the Associate Director, Principal Gifts, the Philanthropy Coordinator supports the development and execution of strategies for select prospective donors, acts as a liaison for donors currently in stewardship, and provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Principal Gifts team. In this role, you will take initiative and bring a proactive mindset - anticipating what’s needed next in the donor journey, from relationship-building touchpoints to internal coordination that enables thoughtful, timely engagement. The hiring range for this position is between $60,870 and $68,000. At BCCHF, we are committed to ensuring that compensation is fair and equitable. Your placement in the salary range will be determined by your experience, relevant skills, and qualifications as they relate to the Coordinator role.
